1. Initial reaction to Declaration of the Year of Community Living

-uses the words civil rights
-I look forward to learning about the powers of the NEW Coordinating
Council
-no mention of institutional bias in Medicaid
-no mention of inclusion of LTSS in Health Reform
-perhaps the President, Secretary's Donovan and Sebelius and Henry need to
make a trip to Atlanta in October, update us on the Year of Community
Living initiative, make more announcements and hold a listening session
